Silt Curtain With 1M Skirt - 10M

Ecospill Silt Curtain 1m Skirt x 10m is designed to sit suspended in water to provide environmental controls against migrating sediment. The silt curtain acts to contain disturbed sediment near the surface and allow suspended sediments to settle and drop within the water column by controlling the dispersion. Thereby providing the necessary time and prime environment to allow the suspended sediment to gently settle to the bottom of the water course floor.

Made from tough Geofabric, this Ecospill Silt Curtain is suspended by a 100mm float, and contains a 1m high skirt (or drop) x 10m wide sections. It features an 6mm ballast chain and is ready to deploy. It is a Class 1 Silt Curtain that is suitable for low risk applications, in smooth water with no tidal flow. Other Classes and skirt drop lengths are also available.
